Returns Policy

You can return your items within 30 working days for a full refund as long as your items are unused and in their original packaging. We can not accept items that have been used or do not have their packaging.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or it is unsuitable, then unfortunately we cannot refund your postage cost.
We offer a Tracked Returns service for £3.75. Please contact us by email sales@curtainsdirect2u.co.uk if you would like to use this service.
